STATE ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS. Academic Scholars Program. Oklahoma’s top high school students may be eligible for up to $5,500 through the Academic Scholars Program. The scholarship can be used to help pay for tuition, room, board, books and other fees. Students qualify by meeting at least one of the following criteria. Hall Council Program ($20/semester).Standard housing rates are established and approved by The Ohio State University Board of Trustees based on building amenities, facility renovations, air conditioning, bathroom configuration and room occupancy. You cannot add this item to the job cart, because you have already reached the maximum number of items allowed in the job cart (25). You must first delete an existing item to be able to add a new one.
