I purchased PowerDirector 10 upgrade in the past. I purchased a new computer and I am attempting to down the software from the purchased CD (Upgrade to PowerDirector 10 ultra from non-retail versions). I have the license key.
When I attempt to run the CD, I get the error that I must have a previous version installed (7, 8, or 9) on my computer or the original license key. I have neither.
Where can I download PowerDirector 9 full version, so that I may install my upgrade CD?

Upgrade means upgrade which cost less than a full version. Since you purchased a new pc without powerdirector, then you need to buy a full version not an upgrade to install powerdirector on the new pc. You are not supposed to install upgrade software purchased for your old pc to put on your new pc that don't have powerdirector.
You can try to buy powerdirector 9 from sources such as ebay but you could be taking a chance.

tomasc told you correct. If you have the version of PD you upgraded from, you can install that version (If it is a Full version) on your new computer, then install the upgrade PD 9.
Otherwise you would be better off if you bought the current full version of Powerdirector (Current is PD 13).
